Architecture and Design Route through Valencia

What you will see

A two-hour guided route through contemporary art galleries and design spaces in Valencia, organised by Turiart together with LAVAC, the association of contemporary art galleries of the Valencian Community, and the Fundació del Disseny. Specialists in art lead the tour, and each departure includes meetings with local artists and creators.

Among the galleries that form part of the routes are Cuatro, Benlliure, Alba Cabrera, Ana Serratosa, Set Espai d'Art, Vangar and Luis Adelantado. On the design side, it passes places such as the Espai Guastavino at the Colegio de Arquitectos or the Mercado de Colón. The specific route changes from one date to another.

Groups are a maximum of 20 people, and at the end you receive a gift of a Valencian product.

How much it costs

On the organiser's website it costs €29 per person, or €50 for two. Through the link we use, the price is €32 per person or €60 for a pair. You can change the date free of charge if you give 24 hours' notice.

Opening hours

This is not a daily activity: there is one departure per month, on fixed dates published by the organiser, and it does not run in August. From June to October it runs from 18:00 to 20:00, and from November to May from 17:30 to 19:30.

How to get there

The meeting point changes depending on the route and the organiser will tell you 24 hours beforehand. After booking you must contact them to provide your details and receive that information.

How long you need and when to go

• Two hours, in the late afternoon.
• It runs in Spanish and English, in alternate weeks: check the language for the date you choose.
• Not recommended for under-15s.
• As there are few places and dates are limited, we recommend booking in advance.
