What you will see
Parque Gulliver occupies 15,000 m² of section XII of the Jardín del Turia. It is a recreation area that combines green space and children's play equipment, with mini-golf and skateboard courses, and a circular area where the structure that gives the park its name stands: a figure of 70 metres in length representing the protagonist of Gulliver's Travels, Jonathan Swift's novel. The project began in the early 1990s, when the council commissioned the park from architect Rafael Rivera and fallas artist Manolo Martín. The council describes it as the most visited children's area in the city for the past 30 years. After a full refurbishment of the site with an investment of over €1 million, it reopened on 28 October 2022. It has a picnic area, public toilets and a first-aid service.
